About Smooth Talkers
A boutique contract SLP practice built on clinical excellence, genuine collaboration, and a deep commitment to every student we serve.
Our Story
Smooth Talkers Speech Therapy Services was founded by Natalie Finley, M.S., CCC-SLP, with a clear purpose: to bring highly qualified, compassionate speech-language pathology services directly to the schools and students who need them most.
After years working inside public school districts, charter schools, and county offices of education across California and Washington, DC, Natalie recognized a persistent gap — schools struggling to find consistent, credentialed SLP support for their most complex learners.
Smooth Talkers was built to close that gap. We partner with school teams as true collaborators, not just service vendors, bringing the same clinical rigor and student-centered care you would expect from an in-house SLP — with the flexibility and reliability of a trusted contract partner.
