How We Work
Flexible, reliable, and fully integrated with your school team — from first contact through ongoing service delivery.
Service Delivery Options
We meet your school where it is — offering both teletherapy and on-site services to fit your students' needs and your district's logistics.
Teletherapy
Secure, HIPAA-compliant sessions delivered remotely
Our teletherapy services are delivered through a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform and are fully equivalent in quality to in-person services. Teletherapy is ideal for districts with staffing gaps, students in remote locations, or schools seeking consistent coverage without the logistics of on-site scheduling.
- No travel time or scheduling conflicts
- Consistent service even during school disruptions
- HIPAA-compliant, secure video platform
- Digital materials and interactive therapy tools
- Ideal for rural or geographically dispersed districts
On-Site Services
In-person therapy and collaboration on your campus
On-site services place our SLP directly on your campus, enabling hands-on therapy, real-time collaboration with classroom teams, and natural environment intervention. On-site delivery is especially effective for students who benefit from in-person interaction or require direct observation in their school environment.
- Hands-on, in-person therapy sessions
- Real-time collaboration with teachers and paras
- Natural environment and classroom-based intervention
- Immediate observation and data collection
- Stronger team integration and carryover
Our 4-Step Partnership Process
From first conversation to ongoing service, here is how we build a partnership that works for your school.
Initial Consultation
We start with a conversation to understand your school's needs, student caseload, service gaps, and logistical requirements. There is no obligation — just an honest discussion about how we can help.
Proposal & Agreement
We provide a clear service proposal outlining scope, schedule, delivery format, and fees. Once agreed, we handle all onboarding paperwork, background clearances, and credentialing requirements.
Service Launch
We integrate seamlessly with your school team — attending IEP meetings, reviewing student files, coordinating with teachers and administrators, and beginning services on schedule.
Ongoing Collaboration
We provide regular progress updates, timely documentation, and proactive communication with your team. We are a consistent, accountable partner throughout the school year.
Compliance & Documentation
- Timely IEP progress reports and session notes
- Evaluation reports meeting district and state requirements
- ASHA-compliant clinical documentation
- Coordination with district special education administrators
- Attendance at IEP meetings as required
- Secure handling of student records per FERPA
